If I could have made this rating with no stars I would. Too much surface area and not enough employees to work it. Took 30 min to be seated, 20 minutes for drinks, and 1 hour for food. When I finally got my salad my alcoholic beverage was more like spa water. The facility was dirty, throw up left in front of the bathroom, and when asked one employee if he could get up the throw up or get someone else he said yea in a min and started to play a game. What type of $&!? Is this???? Never again!
Fun place to play games, but don't expect any real customer service outside of the manager. The woman at the front counter was extremely rude. She was so robotic, and refused to talk directly to us... when we had an issue after the manager came over to fix the value on the card that SHE PUT IN INCORRECTLY each time the manager asked us a question she would yell the answer out before we could reply. But if you knew what we wanted the manager would've never been there right?
Then...We went to a table to simply order appetizers so we could play a bit before dinner. Sat there almost 30 minutes and no one ever came to even say hello. As we got up to walk away I see almost 8 restaurant staff people standing at or next to the bar talking about Christmas shopping.
It's a big building with a ton of games to play. Not the arcade of your youth if that's what you're thinking (at least in terms of price). I've been to this location twice, once we ate and played games, the second time just played games. For the food I would say it's decent, nothing special but you will pay Outback Steakhouse prices. For the games I would suggest going on Wednesday's as they are half price that day. I would also suggest going on a weekday during school time because if not the crowds inside mean waiting for all the games, and there is little to no staff on the floor to monitor or help you. I would suggest going here for sure it was fun, but it's also pretty expensive.
Such a fun place! My friends and I went for a night out. We ate at the bar and though the food was a bit pricey, it was SO GOOD. I got a burger that had mac and cheese on it. Delicious! I also got a margarita and the ice cubes were made of fruit. Such a great idea! I was very impressed with the meal. After dinner we went to play games. The 20$ we put on our cards lasted a surprisingly long time. There were tons of options and even though the place was packed we didn't have to wait to play games. It's not a cheap place but it was so much fun and so worth the price!
My company has had our holiday gathering here for the past few years. It is always amazing and lots of fun. The food is great, staff is friendly and prompt. The place is always clean. We will continue to return here for family fun and good times!!!
