I have so many wonderful, and some sad, memories of that old church, it was my church home for my formative years.
My father assisted in the construction of the fellowship hall at the old site, my mother assisted in many dinners served from that building.
We used this church for our wedding ceremony on May 14th. Reverend Steve was a great officiator, and all the staff at the church were very helpful during the whole process. The church was beautiful, and they had nice big separate rooms for the guys and ladies to get ready in. It was a very nice find!

In February of 1939 I was Baptized in this church when it stood at the corner of Newburgh and Ann Arbor Trail. I was confirmed in this church in my 14th year and was active in the MYF until I went into the Navy. The various pastors of this church officiated at the funerals of my sister, father and mother's funerals.
This is where I learned to love Christ. This church is the foundation of my beliefs. I had wonderful, devoted sunday school teachers.
