This location is absolutely horrible!!!! They never answer the phone, no one ever knows where anything is, store looks like complete garbage. DRAIN THE SWAMP!
Store was clean. I love Kohls. But I really disliked the cashier trying to sell me on the Kohls credit card. I said no. Move on.
I was told they have to give me e refund then it was $3.40 that I would get back in form of a check. They said that was their lowest price point so that's what I get. This made no sense at all. I can't say I have ever seen any pants sold for that price. I would have just donated the jeans if I had known that's all they would give me. Kohls just lost my business. They are THIEVES ! Beware of KOHLS!
I would rate zero stars if possible. I went in to exchange some Union Pipe jeans that were to small for my son. I could not find the same exact jeans so I got similar Union Pipe jeans that they had in his size. I was then told the jeans I originally bought were on sale at some point for $14. I said fine I will just pay the difference but they wouldn't allow that
