Never again will I return to this store the customer service and the accuracy of the orders has went down over the years.
Flowers are WAY TOO over priced!! Krogers has the same selection, for 1/2 the price!
I have been ordering from them for a few weeks now, (probably two to three times a week) they're cheaper than most places and delivery is same day if ordered before noon. Which is helpful when guests call wanting to order things for their anniversaries or birthday. However, if you ever need to cancel and order, that's where things get hard. First, I called three times, each time they told me a manager would need to be there to cancel, which was infuriating. There cancelation process is done by your order number, which they never give me all the times I've ordered. I've been calling since Friday, and finally, on my day off, I'm able to call and cancel these flowers. Jacob, the apparent manager is there. When I call he is upset that I'm canceling the flowers, he says "well I already made those" as if that's going to change that fact that the guest I ordered them for no longer wants them. However, the three other employees I talked to about canceling these didn't bother to leave him a note letting him know I did not need them. He put me on hold for almost five minutes, and when he got back on all he said was "they're canceled, have a nice day" and hung up.
I have used this florist before and had no issues . HOWEVER, For this experience I had to rate a star just to post a review. I requested the "Brighten someones day" bouquet be sent to the Hospital for a patient in at Christmas. And the flowers that showed up were the saddest , smallest, I have ever seen. Picture sent to manager Kelly. She wanted to give me a free bouquet if i just stopped in. I denied. Requested the original bouquet be sent correctly this time to the Hospital. I never heard back. Other than the excuse that she would talk to the Deisgner (insert laugh) who made the bouquet. Unfortunately, I will have to find another florist my needs. Thrifty on five mile in Livonia , or any Thrifty for that matter will no longer do.
Florists are great at this location and are more than happy to work with you to make a beautiful bouquet
Bottom line, they were decent at first. But the staff is pissy, they should all have the knowledge to cancel because guests should not be calling three days in a row with no luck. Some of the employees are sweet, and you get a better price than most places, but the majority staff is uneducated, Jacob the manager is rude and lazy and ultimately made me decide to take mine, and my business somewhere else.
