I would give the inside staff 6 stars. We came in last minute on my birthday and we'll say although the store was rather empty it was nice that they tolerated my toddler. We will just say- he slept hard that night. We are pleased we the lack of pushiness and very well could be half of why we did buy a mattress here.
Everything you want in furniture can be found. Staff are eager to help or wait while you look. They answer questions or make suggestions to help you make a decision. The store is overly filled with furniture. Lots to explore. Staff hover and can make it hard to talk about your choices with your partner.
My salesperson, Andy, is a very nice, knowledgeable and patient young man. I went in a few wks ago for a new mattress/new bed. I actually went in today to put money down on my bedding choices. He helped me make good decisions on quality but affordable bedding. I would recommend Art Van IF Andy is your salesperson.
Today I found a piece of furniture at no buy art Van but they no longer had it in stock it was just on the floor and that 1 was sold so they sent me over to the Lavonia store 7 mile and middle belt to speak with the manager Eddie Bline .Eddie was told by my salesperson at novi that I would be right over and he was going to save the piece of furniture that he personally checked out and said was OK by the time I got to the Lavonia store Eddie had decided to leave Without saying anything to anyone With help from another salesman I finally found the table and from 5' away I could tell the table was cracked in half this person this any blind does not Care all for his customers.I have the corporate number and I will be calling them tomorrow letting them know that their manager really doesn't want his job .Just one more tidbit I really didn't even want to give Eddie blind any stars his service was horrible but you can't send it unless you choose at least 1 star apparently
I had to knock off two stars because delivery was a Moms nightmare. They wore no shoe coverings, laid nothing down and so trampled snow through my hardwood floors and my living room rug. I have two kids under two and the youngest just started rolling so now I can't set him down because it's winter and I can't steam clean my rug. While the floors are cleanable- it was already checked off my to do list and now I'm redoing them...
Our experience was very good. Andriel Copeland was very helpful. Excellent salesman very personable.
