Store was very clean, despite the snowy weather outside.
Self scan line long. One robot not working. Mine would not read my cards chip. Had to use a card I didn't want to use. Scale also messed up on mine. Cashier didn't know how to fix it. I did as I used to work at another meijer.
Pharmacy was efficent. Took care of,buying a restricted OTC drug, and,done in five minutes.
Very poor customer service, called multiple times to ask for some assistance, the lady at the help desk just kept saying she will transfer my but instead transfers me to other departments, and the bakery department was very rude, i asked if she could transfer me, she just kept shouting BAKERY BAKERY like a broken record, waste of time to ask for help, EVEN THOUGH THEY CALL IT THE HELP DESK, and worthless automated answering machine it only transfers you to the worthless help desk, where people that work there dont know what there doing. Flat out just poor customer service. I hope corporate would get that fix since you advertise your amazing customer service.
Store was neat and in order even though it was crazy busy with the Christmas rush. I asked two associates for help and both were more than willing to help me out and were super pleasant.
Meijer prices way better than Kroger. Produce section has far better quality than ANY Kroger. Great prices, good selection, through out the grocery section.
Good service, typical of most Meijer locations. Both self serve register stations were busy, and six or seven regular cashiers in service, and was able,to get in and out in under twenty minutes. Recently upgraded software on the check outs, no major improvement there. It's the staff that gets it done.
I had a nice time shopping at Meijer.They always have everything I need. It's a good store to shop for I you need for your home.
