I love the shrimp and lobster quesadillas. The drinks are good, although they are not very strong. The customer service is great and the wait time is not bad. Everytime i come here i enjoy the time here, but i will tell people that it can be very cool in here sometime, so bring a jacket. But if you are ever near here stop by and try their plentiful menu!
Great place. Great food. Lots of Jamaican dishes and music. Awesome mix drinks. And great atmosphere. I love this place.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I will never come back to this restaurant again. The staff answers the phone you can hear them laughing in the background I had to call back four times after being told to hold then they hang the phone up. I wanted to have my mother’s 51st surprise dinner there and they make you choose from a condensed menu that is way over priced. You have to pay on one check and if someone doesn’t show you still have to pay for each person they don’t do separate checks. I asked was there any way to pick different items that all my guest would eat and put on one menu they said no. They stated we could bring a cake but only if it was from a bakery. I talked to a woman named eady who is unwilling to accommodate my guests. I asked could we choose a menu she said no. I asked well can we pay separately she said no and then she stated the food is one price then the gratuity is separate not including the Michigan tax. So for a meal that would normally cost 12 bucks get ready to spend 30 bucks. Then I asked well if we came in a party of twenty can we be seated she said that the restaurant didn’t have enough food to feed 20 people so I asked why are you open a full business day if you can’t feed 20 people then I asked for a manager who said they were too busy to talk then when the manager called me back she said she couldn’t accommodate us before I explained the situation she said we have a party at that time I said no you don’t I called about booking and you guys were available she told me they couldn’t accommodate my guest and if we came we would have a three hour wait and they max they could accommodate us twelve people. Needless to say I called another restaurant that was happy to accommodate a whopping 30 plus people we can choose whatever we want to eat we can bring whatever dessert and even decorate everyone can pay separately and they will make well over 1,000 bucks off of us. Having background in management and in owning multiple businesses the way Bahama breeze conducts business is unprofessional and I would never recommend this restaurant who turns down making over 1,000 bucks and says they don’t have enough food to feed 20 ppl their service is disgusting
Great place to eat awesome happy hour specials! Great service and Bryan was hilarious, love him! They have live entertainment and a heated patio seating area plenty of space. Definitely will be back!
The food, atmosphere, entertainment are all 5 star. The service leaves some to be desired at 4 stars. 3 star because they obviously don't employ an expediter at the pass. I'm always missing something and have to ask too many times for parts of my order.
