Bright, open aisles, and good supply of products. Pleasant room for you and your dog. Staff are happy to help you find food and other products for animals. They are happy to see your dog and often give them a treat if it is ok with you. They answer questions and the store is bright and friendly.
We had been coming here regularly for a little while now but they recently shut and locked their doors early. I called to speak to a manager and after explaining what happened, he said "Alright," and hung up the phone. No apologies or explanation was given. Absolutely avoid this place if possible.
Customer service is wonderful each time you come you are greeted. The prices are low and the products fresh.
