Really nice people, however I was going in for just a drug test for my new job. After waiting for roughly 30 minutes I was given a physical. I decided to ask the doctor immediately if a physical was supposed to be part of the drug test and she said that sometimes employers require it. I found this to be very interesting because no where on the form that my employer had given me did it say I was supppused to get a physical, all it said was that I was to do a drug test. After the physical I waited again for another 30 minutes to take the actual drug test. That’s when I was informed that I wasn’t supposed to receive a physical from the nurse who was giving me the test. They apologized for the error immediately. The are really nice people like I said, but there seemed to be a lack of communication, and organization throughout the entire staff. I understand mistakes happen but when I trust my medical information with a company I expect them to at least be semi organized. It’s not like they messed up a sandwich I ordered or forgot to take the security tag off a shirt I had bought. This has to deal with my future employment and the fact that they couldn’t tell the difference between a drug test and a physical had me pretty worried. All in all they are nice people, but a simple drug test shouldn’t consume 2.5 hours of my afternoon because they can’t communicate with each other. (I later called my employer to confirm that I wasn’t supposed to receive a physical. I was to just take a drug test.)
The service on the clinic was really good, they were fast and respectfull, however, the nurse told me that my result would be ready within 2 to 3 days. Today is already the 4th day and the result is not ready. After calling them I figured out the Lab received my sample in delay and it will take one week more. For who's waiting months for a job this is a hell. They could be faster giving the result.
Went in for a pre-employment drug screen. The whole process was smooth and quick. Very positive experience.
I went in to have an annual TB test done yesterday morning. I get a callback today stating that they didn’t send it out on time, so it needs to be re-done. I contacted the manager to make her aware of it, and that I will not and cannot come back to the center. I was beyond pissed at the incompetency of this location, and will not be returning ever.. absolutely ridiculous...
I was greeted promptly andhanded a form. After I completed that, I was emailed the rest of the questionnaire that I could complete privately on my smart phone. (nice). I would give 5 stars if it didn't take so long and if the MA was more pleasant.(everyone else was very nice) But considering I was a walk in, they were pretty good.
