My husband and I recently purchased a home that was being sold by a realtor from this office. It was absolutely the WORST experience we could have imagined. The incompetence shown by the realtor we unfortunately had to deal with was nothing short of embarrassing. She lied numerous times to our realtor as well as her own client. She did not present our original offer to her client for 3 days even though her clients requested to be presented with all offers within 24 hours. She even went as far as to call our realtor to tell her that the sellers were "out of town and unreachable" for the weekend. This was absolutely untrue and confirmed by the seller at the final walk through in which the realtor didn't even bother to show up to and sent another realtor from the office who had absolutely NO IDEA what was going on. He didn't even bring a pen... She told us that the sellers were not happy with the standard 45 day closing period and wanted it faster, so we expedited the process on our end and had our mortgage finalized within 2 weeks. Only to have the realtor lie continuously about potential closing dates and push the closing further and further back knowing that we had a rate locked down and needed to close soon in order to keep it or pay extra. She refused to answer phone calls from our realtor and would wait for days to email or text her responses to inquires. She at one point had the audacity to accuse our realtor of withholding or misrepresenting information and contacted our mortgage broker! She demanded that her company hold money to cover the last water bill instead of our realty or title company and then didn't bother to pay the bill resulting in possible additional fees for the sellers, as she was supposed to be responsible for this payment. From what I have come to understand, this realtor has a horrible reputation and many realtors cringe at the idea of having to deal with her. It seems to me that if an employee so obviously can not perform their job duties, they shouldn't have a job or at very least be forced to accept culpability for their shortcomings. If you're looking for a realtor, my suggestion is to KEEP LOOKING!!!
We sold my uncles home through this office. They told us a man was purchasing it for his son. He resold the home two months later. Then it sold for 20 thousand more than we received now its back listed with this company just over one year later for 44 thousand more. I would not deal with this office again. The realtor seemed pro buyer and didnt care too much about our end of things.
Purchased my house through this office. Professional experience. Smooth process.
I have a family member who works here frequently. Periodically, when I visit this office, there are people I know there who greet me with delight. Though the real estate market is still recovering from the recession (as of this writing), customer service--to me--is still a vital part to this office that is performed well.
absolutely impressed by the hard work and dedication by the realtor named Viqar Samad he knows what he is talking about he is awesome and will do everything in his power to make sure you are happy with what you are getting i can call him anytime weather its day or night and he answers my questions quick and with me being a first time home buyer that is really nice i would recommend him to anyone looking for a house and going through the process all i want to say is thank you so much Viqar!!
