Because when I came for my appointment that Dr I did not want was obviously available at my schedule time and I had noted prior when making my appointment not to see that Dr. This was not an emergency appt where they had to fit me in. Then I would understand.
Dutchess my rescued boxer was brought in by my "husband". We were divorcing and I was unable to keep her. Dutchess stopped eating so he took her in. He wouldn't believe that she starved herself from missing me, he had a female vet cut her open since he said "it must have been cancer". When I saw my Dutchess laying on the table with a black garbage back to hide the incision, I almost died right then and there. The staff made me feel like it was my fault. This image of my baby Dutchess will haunt me till the end of my days...
Dr. McQueen & the entire staff are amazing. Every visit has bern great. Everyone has a gentle & caring way anoyt them not only with our dear Shady, but us as well..We have never waited long at all and all of Shady's needs have been met through the years. I highly recommend this office.
Been going here for 14 years for my cat and dog. Called in advance for an appointment and told them I would perfer certain Drs as one there I don't care for from previous experiences. So they said they would note and they have two other drs on staff as well at that time so that shouldn't be a problem.
When I arrived, the lady behind the counter with short dark hair and glasses that was in a hurry off to see her grandson said in front of me and her fellow co-workers that I should go somewhere else (another vet). If I didnt want to see that Dr. I asked not to have the appt with when I called a week and half in advance. Very Unprofessional. She should have not said that at the front counter in front of me and the other staff members at the front desk.
AMAZING does not even begin to describe how grateful i am for the caring staff. last night we lost our fur-baby. They gave us time to get our kids there to say good bye after the office closed. My Family cant thank you enough!!!! we will be bringing our other fur-baby there for All her pet needs. Thank you so much for being SO Thoughtful & Caring during one of the most difficult times in our lives.
Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to spend 5 minutes with the Doctor who didn't explain a thing. Will be going elsewhere next time my pets are due for vaccines.
