I have these struts and shocks install put in my truck they don't know what left or right, went back told the owner he wanted to charge me again to restall the right way for there mistake what they did put in backward

First of all, I learned that this is an independent Firestone because it sells Firestone tires not an actual branch of Firestone. I went in for a flat tire 2 days ago, they were nice & took care of my car almost immediately. But they didn't fix my flat, didn't patch it up. Instead I paid $37 to fix the air pressure gauge because that apparently wasn't working. I do not suggest going here.
I was in about two weeks ago for a starter and they took care of me they were helpful and had good service and good price i will be back

They weren't rude to me. Fixed my tire, told me walmart sold me two differently weighted tires. I need to just go to the place my mechsnic goes to and buy a good set of tires.
I didn't know it wasn't a firestone place. I'm sick of firestone lending themselves to false advertising. This will be the 4th firestone I've been to that wasn't an actual franchise. At this point I'm going to get some press on letters from Michael's and firestone my apt. Get paid to live in it.
