Went in yesterday for the first time. Great customer service! Service was quick and even checked my fluids for no extra cost. They were not pushy with other services, but very informative! Will be going back!
This place is awesome. I've been coming here for years. The staff is friendly. The service on cars is top notch and they have very fair prices. My favorite thing is they are not pushy at all. They will make recommendations, but if you don't want something, They say okay, and then recommend you get it done by a certain time frame. Highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service and reliable mechanics. I have brought several vehicles here for everything from oil changes and brakes to transmission module replacement and wheel bearings (and everything in between). They take the time to explain the issues and what needs to be repaired and why. I know that I can always trust their recommendations (they have even said that a repair wasn't worth the cost considering and the and condition of the vehicle), and that their pricing is fair and reasonable.
I recently moved to Livonia with my family and have been desperate to find an honest garage to work with me. I think I found it. I've been to Budget and Midas and I wrote reviews to express my displeasure. I was happy and delighted with the service here. Chris and the guys fixed my brakes and gave my van a lookover. There's a reason why this garage is doing well. I was charged only $60 to fix the squealing on my brakes. Let's just say that was a lot more than some other garages were suggesting to me.
I've been taking my car here for a couple years now. They are great people who do good, honest work at very reasonable rates. They explain what they're doing in ways that I understand. I like that they offer loaner cars for free or will pick you up and drop you off. The waiting room isn't very big, but there's free WiFi and beverages, which is nice.
