Terrible customer service. They seem much more interested about making money than about your loved one or your family. I highly recommend using another funeral home service. They couldn't be any worse than this place.

My mother's funeral was held this week at the Harry J. Will funeral home in Livonia. I cannot say enough about the kind caring and professional staff. Kim handled all of the details and made sure everything ran smoothly. My family wishes to thank everyone that helped with her funeral.
I am so disappointed that they refused to honor the family's wishes. Now there is no way to go back and fix it.
