Our calls were answered professionally. When we arrived at Livonia City Hall, we found the service to be efficient and moderately fast. The staff, although busy, is always willing to lend a helping hand. Without little to any trouble, we signed a form for our bin (which was free, by the way) and were on our way. The building itself is a little worn, though (it has that retro look).
Dark, terrible parking, terrible walkways, dingy, bad elevators, just stuck in 1963. They need to learn from Westland.
Our family was in need of an additional recycling bin for our house as we recycle constantly. We called ahead of time to see how we could get another recycling bin. We were put on hold twice (first for a transfer to the Sanitation Department, second while the Sanitation Department lady was busy, although the total wait time total was about 5 minutes).
