We had to wait in the mall hallway and when doors opened it was a mad rush of cattle to get a seat. My granddaughter was knocked down and we couldn't get 3 seats together. Luckily my one granddaughter was 17 and sat alone. In Tucson, Az. our reclining seat tickets are bought online and a chart to reserve your seats. So simple and so safe. I would truly suggest you have a reserve seat policy when ordering tickets. So much more organized and safe.
This is everything a theater should be (but so rarely is). Beautiful, enormous leatherette recliners, with ample space between rows. Audio that doesn't seemed designed to break your eardrums. Reasonable prices at the concession, friendly and professional people behind the counter. THE place to see movies in the Livonia area.
I’m very tired of the fact that you come early and get in line and follow the rules to only have eople consistently jump the line and act they are not like you ans watch as the ticket takers could care less. They are entitled to just not have to wait in line. Then when you get to the theatre and no one was allowed in, there are four people already sitting. They need better service and need people operations because the way lines are formed, tickets are bought, and people just act like they own the place it proves that America really is going to hands in a &$ll basket. Why not just make it a freaking free for all.
My go-to theater. Best theater in town. Recliner seats are amazing. Staff is always friendly and courteous and building is always impeccably clean, to include the restrooms. To top it off, the prices are amazing. I don't go anywhere else for movies, ever.
I am visiting from Arizona and went to see Jumani yesterday afternoon with my grandchildren. The movie, Dolby sound and reclining chairs were a PLUS but the procedure for seating was terrible!
This is where I go to see movies. In fact, my friends just got me a $75 gift card to Phoenix Theaters, knowing how much I love this place! The recliner seats are very comfortable, but not *too* comfortable that you fall asleep. The staff is very friendly. The theaters are clean. And it's affordable, especially at the matinees! The flip side is that there are a good number of commercials before the movie, which is noticeable, but they're easily ignored.
