I wouldnt give one star. Guy at the couner put my kids out of line for some other folks then act like we wasnt standing there waiting and waiting and waiting to get checked out while trying to handle 3 kids i could pull the race card considering he made sure all the black folks was taken care of put my kids out of line for some black folks and walk away when it came to us but i dont play that i just call it how i see it I'll make sure never to go there again i wish i would have got his name.
Limited selection of sizes. Expensive.
Went in today to return a pair of shoes I wore one time. And they were absolutely uncomfortable. The lady was very nice but they can't return shoes that are worn outside one time? I've worked in a shoe store and that to me is pore service especially if someone paid $30 for a pair of shoes that hurt when walked in. Horrible prices and horrible service never shop at famous footwear.
I called ahead and asked if they carry size 14 shoes AND boots. I was told yes. I went down there and no boots on size 14. I asked for help and was told 'whatever is on the floor is what we have'. I picked out a boot I liked and asked if I could get it ordered in my size. I was told to wait in line then told they don't have my size but now. I told them I was told they carried my size and that I was not happy. As I was leaving they offered to 'help me' when just a couple minutes ago they basically told me to help myself. When I went to this chain in Virginia they were always helpful and carried my size. Bad store.
